New immersive art gallery Immersify KL has opened in Kuala Lumpur! It consists of 11 immersive media art exhibitions, especially an innovative space with Malaysia's first 360° projection room. Panasonic's projector and VNS's GeoBox were utilized for stunning visuals and perfect immersion at Immersify KL. GeoBox transforms various spaces into a vibrant digital art experience through high-resolution projection blending and warp technology. ElectroSmith participated in the WorkNovel project at the Jeongnamjin Cypress Forest Woodland in Jangheung County, supporting the development of a media space where natural surroundings and advanced AV technology come together. Set within a healing forest area of approximately 1 million square meters, the project aims to create a new experiential environment where forest landscapes and media content coexist in harmony. ElectroSmith implemented a projection system optimized for the outdoor site conditions and designed and built an integrated control system that enables efficient operation of the media content. Through this system, video, audio, and equipment operations can be managed on a single platform, ensuring stable media presentation and system management even in an outdoor environment. Through the WorkNovel project realized in this natural setting, visitors are offered a new immersive media experience that blends forest scenery with media technology. ElectroSmith demonstrates how spatial AV solutions and integrated control technologies can be applied to build scalable media environments in nature-based tourism destinations. GeoBox was used in the projection system as main processors.
